Pasta with beef in tomato sauce with rosemary

Yesterday I received a packet from Italy :) Varied paste, 2 kg of Parmesan cheese and a lot of olive oil. This is more than a gift -! In principle, these three products can be prepared for the super delicious lunch, but without tomato sauce I can't imagine pasta. Juicy tomatoes and rosemary fill in my kitchen with italian flavours. Thanks to my husband s father for such wonderful gifts! Share the simple and delicious recipe :)

Spaghetti 200 gr
Beef 250 grams (0.5 cm cubes)
Onion 1 PC
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Tomatoes 300 g
3 cloves of garlic
1-2 sprigs rosemary
Sugar 2 tsp
Lemon juice-1 tbsp
A small bunch of Basil
3 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
Tomato sauce 3 tablespoons ( or paste)
Broth 200 gr
Salt, pepper
Cheese (parmigiano)

Fry the meat and the chopped onions until golden brown. In a blender, mix tomatoes, basil, garlic, lemon juice. The tomato mixture add to the meat , cook 15 minutes. Also add the sugar, broth, rosemary and tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes. Cook spaghetti in salted water and then add to the sauce . When the cooking is over , add the chopped parsley. Sprinkle with grated parmigiano cheese . Bon appetite!
