Hi, I’m new J
I just moved into my mum’s house and she has a habit of buying things when they’re cheap, putting them in the freezer and then forgetting them. So it’s kind of like ready steady cook here at the moment...
There’s lots of fish which I want to get used up - I’d normally make fish pie but I’d really like something a bit more summery. I thought maybe a fish tart/quiche-type thing but having never made anything like that I’m finding it a bit daunting. Any recipes or other suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
I have -
2 Salmon fillets
3 Haddock fillets
A small piece of what I think is smoked haddock
A pack of “fish pie mix” which I assume is salmon, smoked haddock and cod or similar
2 Sea bass fillets
Possibly some cod or coley, depending on how many people I have to feed tonight
Plus all the usual fridge/cupboard stuff.
Thanks!
