Kürtőskalács is a traditional Hungarian pastry. Is translated as «tube bun». This pastry is a cylindrical form, baked mainly on the iron tubes. There are many different sprinklings. For example: sugar, cinnamon, nuts, or chocolate.
For the first time I tried it , when I was a child , in Budapest. I always asked the father, so he brought me from Hungary this delicious thing. The crispy crust …. Mmmmmm ! I thought that this recipe was hard to di but, I was wrong. It's easy. Bon appetite!

Dissolve yeast in water, when they come , pour the milk. In melted butter, add yeast , egg yolks, salt, powder. All mixed. Gradually add sifted flour. Knead the dough. Put in a warm place for 2-3 hours. (it should increase approximately in 3 times).
Form a long sausage and evenly tighten the dough on a rolling pin , which is pre-lubricated with oil . Gently put in powder (sugar, cinnamon or nuts). Let stand for 15-20 minutes. Bake at 170 C for approximately 15 minutes. Cool and serve. Bon appetite!!!!
