Zucchini burghers with basil

Yesterday my grandmother presented many large zucchini to me. And I wanted to cook vegetable burghers. Also, I have decided to bake it in the oven. Burghers were delicious, with the flavor of basil. Yummmmyyy!



Zucchini (large) 1pc
Onions 1pc
2 garlic cloves
Egg 1pc
4-5 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Crackers 3 tbsp
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Basil leaves several
Salt and pepper

Grate the zucchini and onions, and let the liquid drain out. Grate the garlic, add the zucchini and remaining ingredients. Form burghers. Bake in oven at 180 C about 20-30 minutes. (I overturned burghers). Bon appetit!
