I have a dilema.
I have too much ham.
Specifically, lunchmeat ham.
Here's what happened: I went to the store with the intention of ordering a pound of turkey and a pound of ham for sandwiches. The line at the deli counter was long, and the person got a little confused. She gave me a package labelled turkey, and then asked if she ever gave me the turkey. I said yes, so she made another package of ham. When I got home I realized that it was in fact two packages of ham, just with one labelled as turkey.
I've been eating ham sandwiches, and making ham and eggs, but I want to mix it up somehow. I did make Chicken Cordon Bleu one night, but that only used a little.
So, Cooking - What suggestions to you have that use up a lot of lunch meat ham? Give me your best, give me your worst, I'll try anything...
