Which turkey quinoa meatloaf sounds more delicious to you?
One with carrots, celery, peppers, onion, kale, and BBQ sauce (no egg) from

One with cumin, basil, jalapeno, onion, egg, and ketchup from
The Perfect Pantry I usually make
Ina Garten's turkey meatloaf, but have a box of quinoa that I want to get rid of and found these recipes. I am concerned that the lack of egg in the Bon Appetit recipe will make it dry, but since quinoa is cooked in water and not soaking up the liquids like breadcrumbs it may not matter.
Any other ideas for turkey quinoa meatloaf? I like all flavors and tastes but just can't think of my own concoction ATM.
