Dessert suggestions?

Dinner will be sausage with mustard wine cream sauce and basil served over pasta.  (Method, not so much recipe, behind the cut.  Such a simple dish - on the table in the time it takes to boil the noodles.)
Dessert ideas?  Chocolate is preferred, make ahead (the day before!) even better.  I'm thinking something orange/chocolate but am coming up with no ideas.


1 lb spicy Italian sausage, bulk or removed from casings
1/2 c. white wine
2 Tbs coarse ground Dijon mustard
3/4 c. half and half (I use this because it's always in our fridge...)
1/4 c. chopped basil
3/4 lb. cooked pasta - I love orecchiette here

Brown up sausage in a little olive oil, breaking up as it cooks.  Deglaze pan with white wine, reduce by half.  Add mustard, stir, and cook another minute.  Reduce heat, add cream.  Cook 5ish minutes.  Add drained pasta, adding a little of the cooking water if the sauce seems tight.  Add basil right before serving.
