Can you pre-cut fries and freeze them?
A friend of mine is going in for surgery and will be in a cast for at least 4 weeks after, and fries are his favourite comfort food, so we're trying to figure out how to eliminate the hard parts out of cooking (He's fiercely independent and kinda a dink about it)
Also, what are some good prepare ahead and cook later recipes that can be finished up one handed (thinking a lot of slow cooker) They cannot include rice.
