Spicy Cheesy Pull Apart Bread

If you've ever been to Madison, WI, you may know of their Spicy Cheesy Bread, a signature item available at their amazing Farmer's Market. If you haven't, you shouldn't have to miss out on this tasty bread. And, you don't have to!

Ingredients:
-2 Cups Bread Flour
-1 Cup All Purpose Flour
-½ Tablespoon Salt
-1 Tablespoon White Sugar
-1 Cup Warm Water
-1 Egg
-2 Tablespoons Butter
-2¼ Teaspoons Active Dry Yeast
-¼ Cup Olive Oil
-2 Cloves Garlic
-½ Tablespoon Paprika
-½ Tablespoon Fresh Rosemary
-½ Tablespoon Fresh Thyme
-1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
-Mozzarella (I used smoked in string cheese form)
-Sprinkle of Salt and Pepper
-Sprinkle of Grated Parmesan

Instructions:
1. Add dry ingredients: flour, salt, sugar to bread machine pan
2. Beat egg lightly with fork
3. Add liquids to the mix
4. Add yeast and set bread machine to dough mode

5. Once it’s done in the bread machine mix together herbs, spices, salt and pepper into oil in a small bowl
6. Grate or mince in garlic into mixture
7. Cut mozzarella into small chunks - about 1.5 inches each
8. Pull apart dough into small roll-sized chunks and form around the mozzarella
9. Dip each chunk into herb and olive oil mixture and add to a nonstick cake pan
10. Cover with damp cloth and let the dough rise for 30 minutes
11. Sprinkle with parmesan
12. Heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown
