I found this after some googling - I would use real rum instead of rum flavor. How do these sound? They're like a cookie.

You could always use rum instead of cocoa in the icing, that would be good.

I could try this and use real rum, then sample them without icing. He didn't mention icing but then he forgets stuff sometimes :)
