Pear and Brie Grilled Cheese Sandwich

I got to pick some pears from my friend's backyard the other day and I knew I had to try them in a grilled cheese sandwich. I love fruit and cheese, so it seemed like the obvious choice. I added a little bit of a kick, since I've been obsessed with radishes lately, thanks to getting some from our cabin's garden. The flavors worked so well, I just had to share! I know a lot of people who do Meatless Mondays (I'm not good at picking a specific day, but we do vegetarian once a week at least) and this was the perfect, easy meatless meal I could think of.





Ingredients:
1 Pear
2 Radishes
1-2 Tablespoons Brie Cheese
Good Bread
Butter

Instructions:
Wash pear and radishes
Slice pear thinly
Slice radishes thinly
Heat frying pan between medium and low
Spread brie cheese on both slices of bread
Add pear and radish slices
Butter outside of bread
Once pan is hot, add sandwich
Flip after 3-5 minutes
Cook on other side until melted, 3-5 minutes
