Fresh Smooth Apple Butter

2 pounds Apples--Peeled & cubed
1-1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
1 Cinnamon Stick.
Place in slow cooker for 12 hours on low, then turn on high and prop up the lid and cook for 3-4 more hours. Mix to make it smooth if you like it smooth.

Place it into canning jars, and boil for 15 minutes let cool on towel for 24-48 hours
