confectioner's sugar is also called, icing sugar or powdered sugar. It is pure white and has a touch of cornstarch in it. It is used to make frosting for icing a cake.

Caster sugar is what we call superfine sugar in America.

Pumpkin Pie spice is a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and allspice. To make your own put...
4 tablespoons ground cinnamon
4 teaspoons ground nutmeg
4 teaspoons ground ginger
3 teaspoons ground allspice

In a small bowl and mix well. Store in air tight container.

Whipped topping ( Cool Whip) is a non-dairy dessert topping which is similar to whipped cream. You can substitute whipped cream for it with no problem. This recipe calls for 226g.

Make sure to refrigerate the dip for storage.

No, all purpose flour is not self-rising flour. It is plain white flour with no leavening at all. "All purpose" is normal everyday nothing special done to it flour and is so called to differentiate it from cake flour ( low in protein and milled very fine ) self -rising flour ( which has leavening in it ) and bread flour ( high in protein and gluten )
