I got a killer deal on pork and bought it without realizing how little space I have in my freezer. Now, I have 24 pork chops and 2 six inch pork loins (for $13!) that need to move out of my freezer asap so I can make frozen meals for my upcoming first baby. I guess this is a two'fer!
1: What's your favorite pork chop/loin recipe? I'd love slow cooker, grill, or any kind of recipe-not picky!
2: What's my best bet with cooking food ahead and putting it into the freezer? So far I'm thinking of making a mostaccioli and enchiladas, but I'd like to have my freezer stocked for two months and I need more great freezer recipes that I won't be sick of.
