Best burger recipes needed
Hi everyone,
BBQ season is finally here(or at least I finally have a backyard and grill to make it so), and always on the hunt for tasty new burger recipes. I have a lb of veal and 1/2 beef that is thawed in the fridge and ready to go for today. I'd like to find some new recipes but not a fan of using egg or lots of bread crumbs for binders.
Can be recipes for ground beef, veal, or lamb(I think I can even get ground goat from farm market if I tell him in advance of buy meat and grind it down). Looking at the moment for veal/beef mix but all others will be stored away for future use.
