what to do with honey powder?

I picked up a jar of honey powder recently, and it's really good sprinkled on ice cream and yogurt, and in tea. The Husband has already announced his intention to use it in barbeque rub as well.

I'm betting I can bake with it, but it's got other stuff besides honey in it (mostly stabilizers, so it doesn't clump in the jar) so I'm not sure about amounts. 1:1 for sugar, or 1:1.5? Any ideas?

Anybody out there use it on a regular basis? For what? Any recipes I'm finding are more about making it than using it. I'd love to find other things to do with it besides eat it off the spoon. :)
