Langoustine Soup Base
I had some langoustine heads and claws in the freezer that I finally decided to get out and make some soup with. I love langoustines! They remind me of mini pink and white lobsters lol. Unfortuately I know of alot of people who just throw away the heads and claws and its just such a shame. The amount of flavour that they impart,...my mouth is watering just thinking about it!
This wasn't the soup I was originally planned to make, but that's where I ended up and I'm not complaining!
