I've never successfully made a pie before. I tried to make this berry pie from an old recipe I got from a magazine. It looked easy: 6 cups of mixed berries tossed with sugar and flour and a wee bit of butter, heaped in a crust. (I used a Bisquick pie crust recipe.)

Obviously, it didn't work out so well. It tastes *amazing*, but there was so much liquid it ended up more like berry soup than berry pie.
I want to try again, since I still have a bunch of ripe berries and all the ingredients. Any suggestions what I can do to cut down the moisture and make this pie more... pie-like?
