Cinnamon Balsamic Vinegar

My husband picked up a bottle of cinnamon balsamic vinegar at one of those specialty vinegar stores. It is really good, but I'm not sure what else I can do with it aside from pour it over vanilla ice cream. I would love some savory ideas. We eat pretty much anything.
