I thought you might be interested to know that I LOVED all the recipes of yours that I've tried. The pork buns, the hasselback sweet potatoes, these sweet potatoes, and the brie en croute... all delicious. I am definitely adding these to my recipe collection! And then I'm going to need to roller skate every day to keep from gaining a thousand pounds :)
