So I ordered a little too much marshmallow creme and have decided to make some s'mores for a morning tea tomorrow at work. If I was to make them tonight and kept them in an airtight container would they be ok tomorrow morning? Or do they not keep so well?

Just to add to the question, as our digestive biscuits here are quite thick, I chose to use some lattice biscuits instead. These are little square biscuits of puff pastry:




Past experience suggests the biscuits themselves won't go soggy, as they are commonly used in vanilla slices etc here. I've just never really worked with marshmallow creme so not sure how well it holds up. I've made some chocolate ganache which is chilling so I can pipe it.

Any help/advice would be great, thanks!!!
