We have a Meyer lemon tree in our backyard that has a bunch of ripe lemons on it, so I needed to use some, so I made lemon bars. They were extremely tasty, although next time I might do 7/8 of a cup of lemon juice and 1/8 cup Limoncello and see how that works. It works really well in Emeril's lemon meringue pie recipe I use.
