How long in the crockpot?
Hello - I checked the tags - only found one possible answer to my question but I'm not sure if that's what I wanted to know because it didn't specify how many lbs the pork shoulder was.
I will be making BBQ Pulled Pork for Superbowl this Sunday.
I have a 8 lb pork shoulder (bought on sale at Wegmans for only $7!!!)
I planned on cooking it in my crockpot covered with BBQ sauce. How long I should cook it in my crockpot so that it's ready by 4 PM?
