Flat Bread

As part of my New Years Resolution to travel the world in 52 weeks (meaning I cook a dish from a different country once a week,) this week I tried my hand at Algerian cuisine.

I really enjoyed the flat bread recipe, having it be the first unleavened bread recipe I've made that was successful.

I read through your other around the world blog entries and thought that it's a wonderful idea! Just curious - how are you picking the countries/food you're choosing to make?

I didn't realize you had a blog like that. The bread sounds really good, I like all of the spices used in it. I have made naan as well and although the flavor was right, I couldn't get them as light and fluffy as restaurant bread!
