With holiday baking season just around the corner, I thought I'd share this gluten-free cookie recipes eBook that I recently found. It's somewhat small, but contains the classics you'd expect to find in any cookie cookbook (chocolate chip, peanut butter, sugar cookies, etc). I'm looking forward to surprising a celiac family member with some homemade treats. :)
