I always love your recipes! Do you think these would freeze well? I am having a baby in the next few weeks and I'd like to freeze some treats for days when I don't feel up for baking :)

Aw thanks! I wasn't sure, but some googling makes me think you could freeze them. I do think that condensation would occur once they were thawed, but honestly, I wouldn't mind a little condensation here or there on my truffles... ;) http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/343002... )

I made your yummy truffels the Thursday. I doubled the recipe and froze half of them. We ate the first half already and I had to start pulling them out of the freezer last night :) Next time, I will have to at least quadruple the recipe, lol. They are really rich, but we can't stop eating them. mmm.
