Maple syrup recipes!
I was recently gifted with three bottles of maple syrup, one dark, one medium, and one light. The light is earmarked for french toast, pancakes and such, but since I only eat those things so often and the dark especially is better suited to cooking, I'd like some great recipes to try. I already have a baked bean recipe that uses maple syrup, as well as a roast kabocha/butternut/sweet potato recipe, but any and all other suggestions would be welcome, especially good savory dishes.
