lotus root soup with chicken feet and pork ribs

Put chicken feet, pork ribs, sliced lotus root, some red dates (jujubes), a handful of wolfberries and a thumb-sized piece of ginger in a pot.

Add water to cover.

Bring to a boil then simmer for 3 hours.

Add salt to taste.

Serve hot.

Delicious.

Oh, be sure to clip the nails off those feet before cooking them.
