What can I do with a huge marrow?

Oct 07, 2011 13:15

There are two of us. Not six, eight, or ten, two.
I have been given a marrow which is, by my standards, huge: it's about 18 inches long.
Usually what I do with a marrow is halve it, deseed it, stuff it, roast it. If I did that with this, we'd be eating cold stuffed marrow for the next few days. Even a single half would be too much for two.
Anyone got any other ideas? We'll try just about anything.

Thanks, everyone, I have Ideas: and this has to be the most useful link
