Melon liquor?

So my mother and grandmother in law just got back from a vacation in Italy, and they brought me a bottle of melon liquor (crema di melone, specifically). It's orange in color, creamy and thick in texture, and smells like a sweet cantaloupe/musk melon.

Any ideas what I should do with it? Or frankly, can you find any recipes in English or an approximation thereof?

I'm not terribly familiar with sweet mixed drinks or cordials, but I'd like to use this stuff properly...
