Potluck SOS - vegetarian Hawaiian dishes?
Hi all,
I'm invited to a potluck this weekend and half of the guests are vegetarian. I generally have no trouble cooking veg dishes, but the theme is Hawaiian and I'm not too familiar with the cuisine (other than things like poke and some bbq dishes). Any and all suggestions are welcome!! There aren't any food allergies that i'm aware of among the guests and I live in AZ, so there might be some ingredients that are hard to come by here. TIA!
