vegetarian rosemary uses

I have a huge rosemary bush and the only way I really know how to use it is on roasted root veggies. What else can I do with it?

herbs and spices: rosemary, herbs and spices, vegetarian

I like it in soups and stews. If you like it on roasted veggies, a potato salad or the like would work.

Also, give some to your friends or co-workers! I'd love to get some fresh rosemary.

I like marinated manchego cheese in ev olive oil, rosemary, and a few pepper corns. Let it sit for 2hrs minimum -24hrs.

Subject line says vegetarian, but I like the sound of that!

For non-vegetarians, strip the leaves off a rosemary stalk, and then build a ground lamb kebab around the stalk and grill. Gives the lamb a wonderful flavour.

This works for vegetarians as well for grilling things like summer veggies(tomatoes/mushrooms/squash). Lol OK I think good rosemary skewers can work for grill sticks for MANY items.

In mashed potatoes. Even better with roasted garlic.

Rosemary roasted cashews!

Huge hit every time I bring them somewhere.

ETA: I also like a rosemary simple syrup to be used for cocktails. It pairs well with lemon juice, vodka, and then topped with champagne for a lovely champagne cocktail.
