Chocolate chip cookie with not-for-oven chocolate?
I’m kind of desperate for a good cookie chip recipe, which would be my first ever! I have recently come to have a bunch of chocolate, which is normally used for covering cakes and for cup drinks, hopefully you’ll know what I’m talking about?

at any rate, I have several sticks of this semi-bitter chocolate and am looking forward for instructions for easy foolproof cookies! Preferentially leaning to sweetish side without being too-sweet or too fattening (I'm really hoping it won't take a whole stick of butter DD: ) Please tell me in detail anything you think I would need~!
