Artichoke and Spinach Dip

Jun 11, 2011 15:42

This is my famous artichoke and spinach dip. My friends ask me to make it for any party or get-together.

I always try to get a good picture but everyone starts eating it before I can even turn my camera on. I promise you, it may look like a hot mess, but it is delicious.

Artichoke and Spinach Dip

1 cup frozen spinach; thawed, chopped
11/2 cups artichoke hearts; chopped
8 ounces cream cheese; softened
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cup grated Parmesan; divided use
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Salt and black pepper; to taste
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine the spinach and artichokes with the cream cheese, sour cream, 1/3 cup Parmesan, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Place in a small casserole dish, and sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top. Bake for 30 minutes, or until heated throughout and bubbly.
