Hello cookers!

Following your advice, I did get a KitchenAid Professional Series!

But I just have a question I'm hoping you can help with!

What speeds do you usually making cookies with? My book says 'Speed 4' but then Speed 6 is for Creaming. Do you use both or just speed 4? (Or am I over-thinking this?) Sorry if I sound like a bit of a dolt!
I'm also curious on your favourite recipes involving a Stand Mixer! Whether it be cookies, pizza dough, or even just a cake mix thrown in :)
