Freezing Fresh Bao

Hello! My roommates and I are planning on making a bunch of bao (using this LA Times recipe for the dough, which has worked well in the past). I've purchased frozen buns from various shops in Chinatown before, but was wondering what the best way to freeze my own is? I'm guessing to steam fully, let cool on a rack, and then freeze.

Any tips?
