In a Valentine's rut!

Hi everyone - I need some new ideas! Every romantic occasion, I cook some sort of salmon dish for my boyfriend, and I really need to break out of this mold. Anyone have good ideas for a romantic dinner I can make for valentines day? The only restrictions are that we don't eat any red meat, and I am not an expert cook so I will need an actual recipe to follow. Thanks!

Oh! and I am making dark chocolate fondue for dessert with pound cake, strawberry and pretzel dippers! yum!
