Using bananas without the taste?
Hey, all!
I have a ripe bunch of about 8-10 small bananas and I'd love some great suggestions for what to do with them. Here's the thing, ha, I don't actually like bananas. So, if you happen to know of anything that won't actually taste like bananas, that would be awesome.
I know it sounds crazy, but my dad bought them for me because he thinks I don't eat enough fruit (which is not true, btw) and I can't just let them sit here and spoil in good conscience. I do like fried plantains though, but I suppose bananas would be too soft to prepare like that, right? Thanks in advance!
