A good friend of mine gave me saffron for Christmas. I've never cooked with saffron before, and it's obviously not something I want to screw up and waste.
Any suggestions of what to make? I'd prefer to stick with something easier...I'm a pretty competent cook, but don't want to screw something up and waste the saffron.
I know risotto is going to be a popular suggestion...anything else?
