I've got some full-bodied in-shell shrimp and my honey is craving some type of 'Cajun' pasta. We really like the type Friday's serves in their Cajun Chicken & Shrimp cream-based pasta, however, I haven't been able to find that recipe.
He likes spice to his dishes, so anything that would compliment the shrimp would be good. However, he's not a big fan of red sauce (plus white normally works better on shellfish anyway?)
Any Ideas?
I plan on saving the shells to make another go at bisque or something like that if you have suggestions. I made bisque the other night and it was delishhhhh.
