OK, so a couple years back, I bought a cheap-ish waffle maker. Not long after I got it, I managed to lose the little booklet of recipes that came with it. One of the recipes was for a yeast based waffle that had to be mixed up and refrigerated the night before, but resulted in a waffle that was crispy on the outside and nice and fluffy on the inside.
I've been missing that recipe, anyone got one like it that's tried and true, and that they'd be willing to share?
(I did try looking for the manual online, I believe it was either a toastmaster or Salton wafflemaker; I bought one of each at about the same time, one for my place, one for my gf's, and I can't remember which the recipe came with; I can't seem to find a matching booklet for either online)
