This is a recipe my mom made when i was a kid.
Chocolate Cloud
Ingredients
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup boiling water
1 1/3 cups instant nonfat dry milk
1 cup cold water
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup sugar
pinch of salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
9 ice cubes (about 2 cups)Instructions
Place gelatin and boiling water in blender, cover and blend at medium speed for 3 seconds.
Add nonfat dry milk and cold water, blend 3 seconds.
Add cocoa, sugar, salt, and vanilla and blend again.
Add ice cubes and blend about 10 seconds at high speed until ice melts.
Uncover blender and let mixture stand about 5 minutes to set.
Spoon into serving dishes and serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.

I don't keep Powdered Milk around so I improvised with good success.
Chocolate Cloud (without powdered milk)
Ingredients
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup boiling water
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
pinch of salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
9 ice cubes (about 2 cups)
InstructionsMix the gelatin with the cold water to "bloom".
Put the kettle on to boil the water.
Put the condensed milk, cocoa powder, salt, and vanilla in the blender and blend until mixed.
Pour the boiling water into the gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Pour the dissolved gelatin into the milk mixture while the blender is mixing.
Turn off the blender and add the ice cubes.
Blend at high speed until the ice melts.
Spoon into serving dishes wait 5 minutes and serve.
Makes 4 servings.

Is best prepared just before serving, then it has a soft pudding-like texture. It is still good after it sets but it is more Jello-like then.

Then I decided to try a different flavor. I made a batch with Orange Juice. But I don't see why it wouldn't work with any frozen concentrated fruit juice.
