Joy of Cooking vegan cakes
Has anyone tried the "Ultra Orange" version? I need to make cupcakes for a potluck reception and I was going to use this recipes as I'm low on butter and have no milk in the house on a day with a tight schedule. I'm looking at the second edition hardback, pages 932-933. If they're stinkers I can always see if I can squeeze in time to get to the grocery or the bakery.
