I'm preparing a buffet for a June event- to serve 50. Would love some ideas of what to make for dessert. Finger food, non-messy. Choices that are gluten free welcome, I will be making two desserts- one for those with gluten issues.
So far the menu looks like this:
Hummus and Pita Breads
Black Bean Quinoa Salad
Vegetable Crudites
Egg salad Wraps
Cold BBQ Chicken Drumsticks (I'm planning on baking these- anyone have a good recipe- I will be doing a search)
Potato Salad
Bean Salad
