Swedish food?

I'm hosting book club at my house this week. The book to be discussed is The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. We are a pretty loosey goosey group, but we try to theme our potluck get togethers with the book, with the host providing the majority of the food. So I'm thinking Swedish food. (Other ideas are welcome, but nothing too gruesome, please. :)) I'm a pretty accomplished cook with access to just about any ingredients, etc., but I also don't want to spend a huge amount of time, energy, or money on this.

Ideas, anyone? (Swedish meatballs have already been nixed, btw.)
