cooking. I have a large container of miso in my fridge, but no kombu or anything else to make dashi. I also don't have any tofu or wakame. Basically, I can't make a traditional misoshiru until I get to the Asian supermarket. What can I do with the miso in the meantime? Any recipes or suggestions are welcome. Fish is fine, but I don't eat other meats. Thank you!
