fiddling with fiddleheads

I picked up some fresh fiddleheads (slightly under a pound) at the store today, and I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for preparing them. I did a little reading and am aware of the need to soak them several times and rinse them before steaming/boiling.

so, hit me with your best fiddlehead recipes! :)
