An idea I had...

I've recently purchased a jumbo muffin tin. I was eating "spasagna" at Cheddar's (a baked spaghetti dish that resembles lasagna), and I figured it might be possible to make individual portions in said tin. These would be great for reheating at lunchtime too!

Anyone have any suggestions on how to implement this? I.e. how much sauce/meat/cheese should go into each muffin cup, baking times, etc.

Also, do you think the tin would clean well after this?

If this turns out to be something worth doing, I'll take pictures and post about it. :-)
