I had another go at prawn spaghetti tonight (last time was not enough al, too much dente). Success!
I flash fry prawns and drizzle them with chilli oil. I then heap the spaghetti on top and put split open tomatoes on top of that. You eat your way through to the prawns :D
It's filling, yummy...my question is this: how can I make it more interesting whilst avoiding vegetables? My intended audience does not do veg =/
