Here's the recipe:

(Serves 4)
½ pound fussili (or corkscrew) pasta
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ large red pepper, sliced and cut into 1 inch strips
¼ cup (about ½ medium) diced shallot
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 pound shrimp or prawns, peeled, de-veined and tails cut off
¾ cup cream
2 teaspoons lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ cup shredded Gruyere (or Parmesan) cheese
¼ cup chopped flat-leaf (Italian) parsley

Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain and put back into pot. Drizzle with olive oil and toss so the noodles won't stick.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic, red pepper and shallots. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cook and stir for about 2 minutes. Add shrimp or prawns; cook and stir until they are pink all over, 3-4 minutes. Add cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper and cheese. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until sauce is thickened, about 2-3 minutes. Mix in parsley then pour over pasta and toss until combined.
